The staff was exceptional, making us feel at home and taking care of all our needs. Pedro, Karen, and the entire team were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was amazing, and the pool area with the restaurant was beautiful and cozy. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel's location in Triboju was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed, offering luxury and a personal touch.
Don't have any issues at all.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities provided are second to none. the heated outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers were perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. the garden area was an idyllic spot to relax in the shade of the beach umbrellas. the massage service was exceptional and the Jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. the service was impeccable, and the staff could not have been more helpful.
The only minor issue was the slow internet connection, which is a common problem on this island. this did not detract from the overall experience at the hotel.

During Christmas, we had a great time staying at a quaint hotel that had very attentive staff and great food. The rooms had comfortable beds and a clean, modern bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were also excited to see daily tours and activities that were offered by the hotel, which were conveniently located close to other sites to see on the island.
There were a few aspects that detracted from our stay. For example, the walls were quite thin and we could hear noises from our neighbors.

The breakfast had a good selection of fruits and pastries. the room was clean and spacious, and the location was close to the convention center. the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
The Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable, making it difficult to work. the walls in the room were thin, and we could hear noise from other guests and the street outside.

The island has stunning beaches with crystal clear waters and a cool breeze everywhere on the island. the hotel has a beautiful common area where you can relax and enjoy a nice meal. the room was spacious and had lovely eco-friendly decor. the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities.
The slow and passive service at breakfast ruined the overall experience.
